ORDERS    

Products in stock are ready-to-ship and once processed, will be shipped within 2-3 business days.  All weaves are shipped in a flat shipping box for protection of the wall hanging.

Made to Order items require additional time to create and ship. Please contact me prior  to ordering to review the details and to obtain a quote for any custom order.  The current creation and turnaround time for custom requests is 2-3 weeks depending on the personalization and custom order request. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Blue Rhubarb is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.  I am also not responsible for any delays due to customs.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your computer screen resolution colors.  I do my best to represent and describe each item accurately but due to the handmade process, items may slightly vary.

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Removing item from packaging and hanging wall décor right away

* Use care and caution when handling your wall hanging – it is delicate in nature

* Avoid placing heavy objects on wall hanging as this will cause damage

* Avoid pulling on fibers as this may unravel and ruin your wall hanging
