SHIPPING

  • Blue Rhubarb is a Canadian shop based out of Calgary, AB.
  • All orders are shipped via CanadaPost in a flat shipping box for protection of the wall hanging. Products that are in stock will ship within 3-4 business from payment and order completion. If an item is Made-to-Order, it will require additional time to create and ship.  Please connect with me to discuss further details and I do my best to get orders shipped as soon as possible.
  • All orders come with a tracking number so you will be able to track its progress. 
  • Blue Rhubarb is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
  • Currently, due to Covid-19 products are only shipped to anywhere within Canada and the United States at this time.
  • Once your order is processed, you will be provided with tracking information.  Products are packaged with care in new and undamaged condition.  We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

  • I accept cancellations of orders within 24 hours of the order. Once the order is confirmed, processed, and shipped, cancellations WILL NOT be accepted.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted at this time due to Covid-19 and safety reasons for all parties.

  • Personalized and/or customized goods are not eligible for returns.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for refunds/returns.
  • Custom orders and sale items are final and are NOT eligible for refund.
  • Damaged items from shipping or opening of package will not be accepted for a return.
