What is Blue Rhubarb?

Blue Rhubarb is a handmade fiber art studio specializing in weaving, latch hook, embroidery, crochet, and textile decor. Every piece is thoughtfully created with warmth, texture, and creativity in mind.

Where are you located?

Blue Rhubarb is based in Calgary, AB Canada. All orders are packaged and shipped from my home studio.

Are your items handmade?

Yes! All finished fiber art pieces are handmade by me. DIY kits are carefully assembled in-studio with quality materials I use and trust myself.

Are your wall hangings ready-to-ship?

Some pieces are ready to ship, while others may be made-to-order. Shipping timelines are listed in each product description but typically ship out within 2-3 days from receiving payment (unless otherwise stated).

Can I request a custom piece?

Custom inquiries are welcome. Please email me with your idea and I’ll let you know if this request can be accommodated, availability and timelines.

How should I care for my fiber art?

Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Dust gently using a soft cloth or low air setting. Care instructions may vary slightly by piece.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2-3 business days from payment date. Made-to-order pieces will have production times listed on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, shipping options are listed at checkout. If your country isn’t available, please reach out and I’ll see what I can do.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location but if you have chosen parcel delivery, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you have chosen letter mail via CanadaPost for delivery, tracking is unfortunately not available for this service.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of my products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.

Can DIY kits be returned?

Unopened kits may be eligible for a return. Please contact me before sending anything back.

Currently we are shipping to anywhere in Canada and most countries Internationally. Shipping to US is on hold due to current tariffs imposed on Canada.
